- 15+ years U.S. Market Access in pharma/biotech
- 8+ years people leadership building scalable teams
- Deep expertise in payer strategy, pricing, reimbursement, contracting
- Experience launching specialty or biologic products (mAbs preferred)
- Onsite presence essential; onsite ideally every other week
