Manage post-merger integration plans (Day-1 to Day-100 milestones)

🎯 Requirements

8-15+ years in M&A / Corporate Development
Proven experience leading full-cycle M&A, including post-deal integration
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, deal structuring, due diligence
Experience working with UK-based and cross-border transactions
Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on in a lean environment
