🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in lighting or video leadership
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with GrandMA lighting consoles
- Experience operating video consoles for live shows
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts or equivalent; OSHA-30 preferred
- Fluent in English; headset communication; weekends/holidays availability
