🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing, preferably fintech.
  • Owned LTV/retention strategy and know P&L levers.
  • Strong analytical and financial fluency (CAC, funnel, lead scoring, forecast modeling, LTV).
  • Deep lifecycle expertise (journey design, automation, next-best-offer, and segmentation fluency).
  • Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Experience building or operating shared eligibility/trigger layers with Credit or Risk.
