- Strong analytical and financial fluency (CAC, funnel, lead scoring, forecast modeling, LTV).
- Deep lifecycle expertise (journey design, automation, next-best-offer, and segmentation fluency).
- Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Experience building or operating shared eligibility/trigger layers with Credit or Risk.
