Head of Legal Operations

📋 Description

• Own contract lifecycle management: intake, routing, templates, repo, reporting.
• Partner with RevOps/Sales Ops as legal lead on Order Form, CPQ, and contracts.
• Design and run Slack-based intake and triage; improve classification and closing.
• Lead AI strategy; build AI-assisted workflows and vendor selection.
• Build data and reporting: cycle times, deal volume, risk, program health.
• Own knowledge management: maintain playbooks, templates, and briefs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in legal operations at a high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on CLM systems and tooling: selection, implementation, operation.
• Proven ability to reduce cycle time or cost with processes/workflows.
• Fluency in data and reporting; build dashboards used by leadership.
• Cross-functional operator across Legal, RevOps, Sales Ops, Finance, Security, IT.
• Clear communicator who translates operational design into usable outputs.
