Own and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements with global pharma/biotech clients (MSAs/DPAs)
Advise on data licensing, IP ownership, and AI-related legal considerations
Support partnerships, vendor and third-party contracts
Provide pragmatic guidance on risk, compliance, and regulatory matters
Manage external counsel relationships and spend
Contribute to governance, board matters, and fundraising/M&A

🎯 Requirements

Qualified solicitor with 5–10 PQE, mix of private practice and in-house
Strong commercial contracts background in technology, SaaS, or data-driven businesses
Familiarity with UK GDPR data protection and AI/IP frameworks
Experience using AI tools in legal practice for contract review/drafting/research
Experience with enterprise clients in regulated pharma/life sciences
Able to give clear, confident legal advice; pragmatic problem-solver
