🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of legal experience in fintech/financial services.
- Structured/negotiated credit facilities and structured finance.
- Direct equipment financing experience a bonus.
- Familiarity with fintech regulation (lending, securities, payments).
- Clear, concise communication with strong business judgment.
- JD from a top law school; US licensed to practice.
