🎯 Requirements

- Native or business-level Japanese (written and verbal).
- Education, FinTech, or Treasury background preferred.
- Experience achieving targets and upselling within existing accounts.
- Experience analyzing data and sales statistics to improve results.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
