📋 Description

  • Serve as trusted advisor; guide use of Convera tools to support customers.
  • Main point of contact for FX Transactions and value-add payments.
  • Build relationships with decision makers; understand FX and payment needs.
  • Identify new market and expansion opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic portfolio plans to maintain service and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Ops to serve Education customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Education with targets met.
  • Native or business-level Japanese (written and verbal).
  • Education, FinTech, or Treasury background preferred.
  • Experience achieving targets and upselling within existing accounts.
  • Experience analyzing data and sales statistics to improve results.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
