📋 Description

• Own and drive IT transformation from support function to strategic partner.
• Define and execute an IT strategy aligned with company goals and growth.
• Lead organizational change, positioning IT as a trusted advisor.
• Design and run reliable IT operations, incl. service management and incident response.
• Maintain and optimize cloud infra across AWS and Azure, with core tooling like Twingate, PagerDuty, and CrowdStrike.
• Ensure security posture and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIS2.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT leadership with transformation experience.
• Experience restructuring IT orgs in complex or fast-growing environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms AWS/Azure and security fundamentals.
• Solid ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and compliance standards knowledge.
• Hands-on cybersecurity, threat detection, and incident response.
• Strong leadership and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
