📋 Description

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead and develop IT teams across IT Support, Infra, and Security.
• Ensure reliability, availability, and scalability of IT infra and cloud services.
• Own corporate information security strategy (risk management, compliance).
• Lead ISO certifications (27001, 22301, 9001) and audits.
• Manage IT budget and vendor portfolio, including cost planning and negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IT experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional IT Support, Infra, and Security teams.
• Strong background in managing corporate IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of IAM, EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on ISO 27001, 22301, 9001 compliance and risk management.
• Upper-Intermediate English (written & spoken).
• Strategic mindset with hands-on ownership and strong communication.
