📋 Description

• Build a high-performing IR cadence across close, filings, and earnings.
• Establish scalable IR processes and a quarterly calendar.
• Manage investor materials with version control across decks, scripts, and Q&A.
• Translate science and ML platform into clear investor language with proof points.
• Serve as key point person for inbound investor/analyst questions.
• Prepare executives for investor engagements with pre-briefs and talking points.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in investor relations, healthcare equity research, or related roles.
• Excellent writing; drafting investor materials, scripts, Q&A, and comms.
• Ability to learn complex science quickly and explain it clearly.
• Public-company cadence experience; IPO experience preferred.
• Cross-functional execution with stakeholders, calendars, and version control.
• High judgment, detail orientation, confidentiality in disclosures.
