📋 Description

• Lead direction of business and personal investment products (Treasury and Invest).
• Serve as President of Mercury Advisory (RIA) for strategy & regulatory integrity.
• CEO of our introducing broker-dealer; govern governance and ops.
• Make senior regulatory decisions with Legal and Compliance support.
• Foster partnerships with custodians, fund managers, and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in investment/wealth mgmt with leadership at an RIA.
• Eligible to be president of an RIA and broker-dealer; Series 24 license.
• Experience owning trading operations and best-execution oversight.
• Strong product mindset; built or scaled investment products in growth env.
• Experience with SEC and FINRA requirements; working with examiners.
• First-principles thinker designing products for treasury and retail.
