Head of Insurance Treasury Operations

📋 Description

• Lead insurance treasury ops: cash positioning, liquidity, forecasting
• Oversee funding flows: drawdowns, capital calls, distributions
• Ensure funding/drawdown processes are controlled and timely
• Modernize treasury with data, AI, automation, scalable infra
• Align treasury across insurance and asset management
• Partner with risk/compliance, finance, tech for governance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in treasury, liquidity, or cash mgmt with leadership
• Insurance and asset management cash flows experience
• Deep knowledge of cash positioning and forecasting
• Experience with TMS: Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS Quantum
• Data/BI tooling: data lake/warehouse, Tableau/Power BI, Python/SQL
• Strong stakeholder mgmt; SOX and regulatory experience
