- Design and optimize a global insurance program (cyber, D&O, E&O, property, GL)
- Lead renewals, market submissions, insurer negotiations, and program optimization
- Lead captive insurance evaluation: feasibility, governance, capitalization, oversight
- Identify, quantify, prioritize, and mitigate insurable and enterprise risks
- Partner with Finance/Treasury on balance sheet protection and liquidity planning
- Assess insurance and risk implications of new products, partnerships, and expansion
🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in corporate insurance, ERM, treasury, brokerage, or related
- Experience designing/leading sophisticated insurance programs for large-scale tech or multinational orgs
- Deep expertise in cyber, D&O, E&O, property/casualty, and complex structures
- Experience establishing and managing captive insurance (governance, capitalization)
- Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with board reporting or enterprise risk governance
