🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in information security, cybersecurity, or GRC (fintech preferred).
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
- Deep cloud security, application/infrastructure security, and risk management.
- Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, CSA STAR.
- Direct experience with APPI/FSA regulatory requirements in Japan/APAC.
- Proven audits, regulatory exams, or compliance program leadership.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and compliance.
