- Strong data science and stats skills: predictive modeling, risk scoring, recommendations.
- Proficiency in Python or R and SQL; model evaluation/monitoring (AUC, calibration).
- Hands-on with large healthcare datasets to production features/models.
- Experience designing clinical data models, cohorts/registries, and CDS or rules engines.
- Translate clinical/operational requirements into production data/workflow logic with engineering.
