  • Experience leading complex enterprise/government deployments with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build and scale implementation or customer success teams
  • Strong program management and operational leadership skills
  • Excellent communication with executive stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales
