π― Requirements
- 6β10+ years' HR experience in fast-growth SaaS/tech.
- Built onboarding, performance, levelling, design and L&D frameworks.
- Led AI talent development programs and AI capability frameworks.
- Led multi-disciplinary People teams.
- Strong knowledge of international employment law and compliance.
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 preferred.
