📋 Description

• Lead a manufacturing tech team for production and assembly of Carbon printers.
• Own end-to-end production, drive safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• In-office role; Redwood City HQ; 5 days/week on site.
• Champion continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing on the floor.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality for launches.
• Develop training programs and cross-training for flexibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in manufacturing or production leadership.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate teams.
• Strong technical aptitude with electromechanical assemblies.
• Meticulous with production, documentation, and quality systems.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving.
