🎯 Requirements
- Deep EE breadth: RF/wireless, EMI/ESD, power, analog, high-speed digital, SI/PI.
- PCB/stackup expertise: impedance control, differential pairs, vias, HDI.
- DFM/DFT and bring-up; CM/ODM collaboration.
- ECAD tooling mastery: Altium, Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, Mentor Xpedition, KiCad, Zuken.
- Simulation/measurement: SPICE, HyperLynx/SIwave, HFSS; oscilloscope, VNA.
- Product sense & leadership: translate user needs into clear specs; communicate with execs.
