  • Own end-to-end customer journey from acquisition to renewal; align cross-functional leaders.
  • Lead managers and ICs across Sales Ops, Partner Ops, PS Ops, and CS Ops; coach leaders.
  • Oversee sales planning, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling; ensure pipeline health.
  • Build scalable partner ops infrastructure: onboarding, tracking, co-sell, handoffs.
  • Oversee PS capacity planning, project intake, utilization, and billing coordination.
  • Own CS ops: health scoring, renewal forecasting, QBRs, and CS-to-Sales handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Revenue Ops or GTM Ops with 3+ years leading teams.
  • Experience managing managers and multi-tiered teams.
  • Broad functional expertise across Sales Ops, Partner Ops, CS Ops, or PS Ops.
  • Deep fluency in B2B SaaS GTM: pipeline management and renewal forecasting.
  • Nice to have: PLG or hybrid GTM experience.
  • Hands-on with core GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, Gong).
