📋 Description

• Set Growth Partnerships strategy across consumer, products, and business units.
• Own broad portfolio balancing near-term growth and distribution.
• Lead ChatGPT consumer partnerships with banks, telcos, payments, OEMs, media.
• Lead B2B/ecosystem partnerships for ChatGPT Business and Codex/API via marketplaces.
• Lead a cross-functional global Growth Partnerships team; drive key negotiations to completion.
• Build credibility with product leaders; improve growth outcomes and value.
• Define targets, instrumentation, cadence to drive KPI impact.
• Lead C-level partner relationships; align on joint value propositions.
• Build and lead a world-class deal/partner team.
• Represent Growth Partnerships in leadership reviews; present tradeoffs and plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in strategic/product partnerships, BD, or growth at scale tech.
• Proven track record in partnerships driving growth via product integrations and distribution.
• Experience partnering with Product/Engineering to define scope and milestones.
• Excellent at complex deal-making across product, commercial, legal, ops.
• Cross-functional leadership across Growth, Finance, Legal, Policy, Data Science, Support.
• High judgment; executive presence with C-level partners.
• Analytical, data-driven; funnels, cohorts, retention, ROI.
• Operator mindset; builds repeatable systems and faster execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
