  • Lead growth marketing for UK&I, owning targets and budgets.
  • Drive subscriber acquisition and lifetime value across the region.
  • Oversee digital, referral, TV, and partnerships growth engines.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Brand, CRM, Retail, and Product Eng.
  • Foster experimentation, CRO, funnel analysis, and incrementality.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing growth team.

🎯 Requirements

  • You’ve led growth in a high-growth DTC or subscription business.
  • You’re commercially sharp, data-literate, and can manage multi-million budgets.
  • Deep experience in digital marketing, CRM, affiliate/influencer, CRO, attribution.
  • Experience with omni-retail and offline growth is a bonus.
  • Fluent in incrementality testing and deriving insights with Data Science.
  • Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
