• Lead paid marketing: set direction for mobile/social ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) and ROAS.
• Lead a cross-functional growth team (marketers, product, design) for profitable growth.
• Drive AI-powered growth: pilot and scale tools across acquisition, creative, lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in growth/performance marketing, with 4+ years in people management.
• Deep experience in paid user acquisition across mobile and social; strong mobile attribution.
• Active obsession with AI in marketing; proven to shift team workflows.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making with probabilistic thinking.
• Experience with subscription products; understanding LTV, payback, sustainable growth.
• Proven results with lean resources; ruthless prioritization and fast delivery.
