- You're comfortable being the primary growth person in the room for the first several months before hiring.
- You have strong product intuition and want to influence pricing, packaging, messaging, and onboarding alongside marketing; this won't be a main focus but we're open to your fresh perspective.
- Bonus: you're a landlord or real estate investor, or you've operated in fintech or marketplace.
