- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
- Hands-on pipeline-focused mindset, not just MQLs.
- HubSpot mastery; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Experience coordinating BDR/SDR and inbound/outbound.
- Analytical mindset with dashboards and funnel-based decisions.
- Excellent communicator; able to explain pipeline to execs.
- NICE TO HAVES: FP&A/fintech or adjacent B2B software.
- NICE TO HAVES: Familiarity with ABM tools and intent data.
