Head of Group Accounting - Dutch GAAP (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Own the accounting function end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, direct line to a senior contributor.
• Take responsibility for statutory accounting under Dutch GAAP, including audit readiness.
• Operate in a multi-entity, international environment with consistent practices.
• Support group consolidation with the Senior Group Controller.
• Partner with Finance leadership on growth, new entities, and structural changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years post-qualification experience with statutory accounts and audits.
• Strong Dutch GAAP expertise and a valid RA qualification.
• People management experience.
• Experience in multi-entity, international environments.
• Experience with ERP systems: MS Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluency in English.
