  • Own end-to-end sales for grocery and convenience retail.
  • Sell to Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Ops, Security & Finance leaders.
  • Close mid-market and enterprise deals from pilots to multi-million ARR.
  • Build pipeline via outbound, events, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Help define and execute the grocery GTM strategy and provide customer feedback to product.
  • Represent Panoptyc at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years selling to grocers.
  • Existing relationships within grocery retail and/or loss prevention leadership.
  • Track record of closing $500K–$3M+ ARR deals.
  • Experience selling to Operations and Finance or Executive leadership.
  • Experience selling security or loss prevention products.
  • Experience with one or more: Retail tech, Loss prevention/security, Computer vision/AI, Video/POS/analytics.
