🎯 Requirements
- Significant ANZ government affairs/public policy experience
- Experience building relationships with officials, regulators, stakeholders
- Deep understanding of ANZ political/regulatory landscape
- Ability to translate complex policy topics into clear insights
- Comfortable advising senior leaders and contributing to strategy
- Commitment to fair, inclusive environment for creators and users
- Clear, credible external representation of Spotify
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
