🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years GTM Enablement in SaaS; senior IC.
  • Player-coach with strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
  • Proven track record deploying AI tools in GTM enablement.
  • Demonstrated AI adoption across GTM with measurable outcomes.
  • Rigorous behavior-change measurement with leading indicators.
  • Design, build, and deliver enablement programs improving GTM productivity.
  • Proficiency diagnosing GTM gaps via multi-source data.
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred; direct GTM experience preferred.
