  • Designed and executed enterprise-wide talent strategies in high-growth tech.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, analytics, org design, and HR tech.
  • Led large-scale change management and integration of talent systems/data.
  • Deep knowledge of executive hiring, employer branding, and leadership pipelines.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable talent plans with measurable outcomes.
