- Translate strategy into a global talent roadmap across acquisition, mobility, and retention with KPIs.
- Oversee workforce expansion strategy using data, AI, and HR tech at scale.
- Lead global workforce planning: location strategy, capability mix, cost trade-offs.
- Use people analytics to inform where and how work gets done (remote vs hubs).
- Drive scenario planning around the future of work with Finance and Strategy.
π― Requirements
- 15+ years in global talent management with international oversight.
- Designed and executed enterprise-wide talent strategies in high-growth tech.
- Expertise in workforce planning, analytics, org design, and HR tech.
- Led large-scale change management and integration of talent systems/data.
- Deep knowledge of executive hiring, employer branding, and leadership pipelines.
- Translate business strategy into actionable talent plans with measurable outcomes.
