Head of Global Solution Engineering

📋 Description

• Manage a globally distributed team of Solution Architects and Engineers
• Lead pre- and post-sales activities: education, architecture, implementation
• Maintain ongoing client relationships; understand business needs
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance and Engineering on new features
• Provide data and feedback on go-to-market strategies
• Manage the DDQ/RFx process with SMEs

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise client-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer/Architect/TAM)
• Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Understanding of web services, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, SDKs
• Experience in pre-sales, post-sales and professional services
• Experience leading and managing client engagements and projects
• RFx/DDQ experience with SMEs
• Experience with global customers across tiers and segments
• Very high professionalism; trusted by clients and colleagues
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to self-manage and use sound professional judgment
• Strong interest in blockchain, crypto and financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent
