🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years leadership in financial services, asset custody, or regulated ops with safeguarding at scale
- Deep expertise in safeguarding regimes (MiCA, FCA, EMRs/PSRs) and control frameworks
- Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams across regions and entities
- Policy design, control development, testing, and audit experience
- Strong technical/analytical capability in reconciliation, rebalancing, and custody operations risk
- Exceptional stakeholder management; experience presenting to Boards/regulators; cross-functional influence
