Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees, incl. hourly w/ commissions
• Ensure payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across jurisdictions
• Serve as Angi's payroll SME, resolving complex questions across jurisdictions
• Manage and develop a team of four payroll professionals
• Coordinate with payroll providers in France, UK, Germany, Netherlands
• Support month-end close, including accruals and payroll flux analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of payroll experience, including leadership in a public company or similar complex environment
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable compensation
• Extensive experience with UKG
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations
• Working knowledge of Canadian and European payroll requirements
• Experience leading and developing payroll teams
