Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees.
• Oversee payroll across France, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regs.
• Support month-end close with payroll accruals and reconciliations.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, HR Benefits, and HRIS on payroll ops and lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years payroll experience with leadership in public or complex environments.
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable compensation.
• Experience managing equity awards across federal, state and foreign jurisdictions.
• Extensive experience with UKG.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations.
• Canada and European payroll requirements and compliance.
