Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 1,600 US & Canadian employees
• Oversee payroll across France, UK, Germany, Netherlands via providers
• Ensure payroll is accurate and compliant with federal, state, and international regs
• Support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, HR Benefits, and HRIS
• Develop and scale a payroll team of four

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years payroll experience with leadership in public or complex environments
• Manage payroll for large populations with variable compensation
• Experience with equity awards across jurisdictions (taxation, withholding)
• Extensive UKG experience
• Strong knowledge of multi-state US payroll and Canada/European payroll
• Experience leading payroll teams and partnering with Accounting/Finance/HRIS
