Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and international regs.
• Serve as internal payroll SME, resolving complex jurisdiction questions.
• Manage and develop a team of four payroll professionals.
• Coordinate with payroll providers across France, UK, Germany, Netherlands.
• Support month-end close with accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years payroll experience with leadership in public company or complex env.
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable compensation.
• Experience with equity awards across jurisdictions (tax, withholding, reporting).
• Extensive experience with UKG.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations.
• Working knowledge of Canadian and European payroll requirements.
