Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 1,600 US & Canadian employees.
• Oversee payroll in France, UK, Germany, Netherlands via providers.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, HR Benefits, HRIS; lead a payroll team of four.
• Remote role aligned to eastern/central time zones.
• Drive process improvements and automation to scale payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years payroll experience with leadership in public or complex environment.
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable compensation.
• Experience handling equity awards payroll across federal, state, and foreign jurisdictions.
• Extensive UKG experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state US payroll regs; working knowledge of Canadian & European payroll.
• Experience leading payroll teams and supporting month-end close.
