Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600 US & Canadian employees.
• Ensure payroll is accurate, efficient, and compliant with regulations.
• Serve as Angi’s internal payroll SME across jurisdictions.
• Manage and develop a payroll team of four professionals.
• Coordinate with payroll providers in France, UK, Germany, Netherlands.
• Support month-end close with payroll accruals, reconciliations, flux analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years payroll experience with leadership in public/complex environments.
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable comp.
• Experience handling equity awards payroll across jurisdictions (tax/withholding).
• Extensive experience with UKG.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state US payroll regulations.
• Experience leading and developing payroll teams.
