- Coordinate with providers in France, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands
- Support month-end close: accruals, reconciliations, and payroll analysis
🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years payroll experience with leadership in public or complex env
- Experience with large populations with variable comp
- Equity awards across jurisdictions, plus Canadian & European payroll requirements
- Extensive experience with UKG
- Strong knowledge of multi-state US payroll regulations
- Experience leading payroll teams
