Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 1,600 US/Canadian employees.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Act as Angi's internal payroll SME across jurisdictions.
• Manage and develop a four-person payroll team.
• Coordinate with providers in France, UK, Germany, Netherlands.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of payroll experience with leadership in complex, public environments.
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable compensation.
• Experience handling equity awards across federal, state, and foreign jurisdictions.
• Extensive experience with UKG payroll.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state US payroll regulations.
• Working knowledge of Canadian and European payroll requirements.
• Experience leading and developing payroll teams.
• Experience supporting month-end close and partnering with accounting.
