Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 1,600 US/Canada employees, incl. hourly/variable pay.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with federal, state, and international regs.
• Serve as payroll SME, resolving complex questions across jurisdictions.
• Manage and develop a team of four payroll professionals.
• Coordinate with payroll providers in France, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Support month-end close: payroll accruals, reconciliations, and flux analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years payroll experience with leadership in a public company or complex environment.
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable compensation structures.
• Experience managing equity awards payroll across federal, state and foreign jurisdictions, including taxation and reporting.
• Extensive experience with UKG.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations.
• Experience leading payroll teams.
