Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance (federal, state, and international).
• Serve as Angi's internal payroll subject matter expert; resolve complex payroll questions.
• Manage and develop a payroll team of four.
• Coordinate with payroll providers across France, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Remote role; eastern or central time zone alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years payroll experience with leadership in public or complex environments.
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable compensation.
• Equity payroll experience across federal, state, and foreign jurisdictions.
• Extensive UKG experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations.
• Working knowledge of Canadian and European payroll requirements.
• Experience leading and developing payroll teams.
