Head of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees, incl. hourly with commissions.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with federal, state, and international laws.
• Act as the internal payroll SME, resolving cross-jurisdiction questions.
• Lead and develop a payroll team of four.
• Coordinate with providers across France, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Support month-end close with payroll accruals and reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years payroll experience including leadership in a public or complex environment.
• Experience managing payroll for large populations with variable compensation.
• Experience managing equity awards across federal/state/foreign jurisdictions, incl. taxation, withholding, reporting.
• Extensive experience with UKG is required.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations.
• Experience leading and developing payroll teams.
