Build and lead a high-performing immigration and mobility team.

🎯 Requirements

Significant experience leading immigration/global mobility programs.
Deep expertise in US immigration processes (H-1B, O-1, PERM) and global frameworks.
Experience designing or scaling mobility programs, including relocations.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong judgment navigating immigration and compliance issues.
Ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into scalable programs.
