📋 Description

• Global Leadership: Lead and scale a global team across Amsterdam, Singapore and Chicago.
• Operational Risk Ownership: Oversee daily monitoring of high-exposure merchants in MPL and Credit Risk.
• High-Stakes Decisioning: Escalate high-risk merchant decisions to MRC with formal proposals.
• Strategic Influence: Use operational data to influence credit models, risk policies, and risk appetite.
• Collections Strategy: Direct global Collections to ensure swift, professional recovery.
• Stakeholder Navigation: Partner with Product and Second Line Risk for governance-aligned tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in operational risk or credit leadership in fintech/payments.
• Global, multi-region team leadership experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of merchant lifecycle, bankruptcy risk, and lending/charge cards.
• Excellent communication to translate risk into clear exec proposals.
• Data-driven with confidence to propose policy improvements.
