  • Set global benefits roadmap across health, retirement, wellness, and perks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in benefits/leave admin; at least 3 years people management.
  • Deep U.S. benefits and leave program expertise with international experience.
  • Proven track record designing and executing strategy from the ground up.
  • Experience leading technology migrations (leave platforms, BenAdmin, HRIS).
  • Strong analytical skills for cost modeling and senior leadership storytelling.
  • Ability to drive accountability from brokers, carriers, and TPAs.
