π― Requirements
- Senior-level sales enablement experience with strategic ownership and hands-on delivery.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments with multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- A builder who has scaled enablement and can write playbooks as well as run programs.
- Commercially oriented, measuring success in revenue terms and linking enablement to business outcomes.
- AI-native in approach with examples of integrating AI tools into enablement and a point of view on future direction.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing without direct authority.
- Experience across multiple regions or global teams.
- Willing and able to travel to London at least once a month.
