🎯 Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in CS, account mgmt, or post-sales leadership
  • 5+ years in global or multi-region leadership
  • HQ or corporate center leadership experience
  • Experience operating in matrix environments
  • CS models at scale: segmentation, playbooks, KPI frameworks
  • Fintech/payments experience is a plus
