🎯 Requirements
- US bar membership in good standing.
- 12+ years in complex commercial transactions and partnerships.
- Global, cross-functional collaboration with business teams.
- Experience with licensing, IP, trademark and complex agreements.
- TradFi, Fintech or Crypto experience is a plus.
- Experience leading or building commercial legal teams.
